Greg Aymond is a strange bird. Most of the time I can’t follow his writins’ ‘cause he rambles all over the barn. But, every once in a while old Greg hits the nail on the head, and I have to agree with him.
This mornin’ he was bellyachin’ about Alexandria’s use of channel 4. He’s dead on right.
But, with Greg’s permission I’d like to add my two cents.
If ya’ll think that Jacques Roy and the rest of the council don’t know that those cameras are runnin, then think again! They know that nobody can put out a different view than theirs, even if it’s a public access channel.
They got themselves a monopoly and they know it. It’s a perfect way to spread propaganda.

Little doubt that the Alexandria administration plays for the cameras. What I find so comical is that they repeat the same stuff over and over again; as if repeating the BS will make us believe it.
The Finance Committee broadcast about the tax allocation is nothing more than a clown show with Jacques playing the part of Bozo.
At the end of the broadcast we hear Lawson laughing at the mayor saying in effect that Jacques is too dumb to have put together the presentation.
For once, the snake is right.

The rest of the parish uses Channel 4 as comedy central. If you think the Randolph administration was a joke, the Roy administration makes thm look like mental giants.
